Returns and Refunds

We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. We offer a refund policy for products that are damaged due to delivery issues.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged due to delivery issues, please contact us immediately. We will require a photo of the damaged product and your order details.
  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 48 Hours of receiving your order.
  • Your money will be refunded within 7 working days from time of processing the refund. 

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. To accommodate such requests, please follow the guidelines below:

Cancelling Your Order:

  • To cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately.
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund a small fee charged by payment gateway provider.
  • If your order has already been shipped, a return shipping charge and a 40% restocking fee will be applicable. The payment gateway providers and processing charges may deduct 7-9% of the order value, and the remaining order value will be refunded.
