Refund Amount: If the refund is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

Refund Process: Once we receive your refund request, we will investigate the issue and may request photographs of the product. If we find that the damage was due to delivery issues, we will process the refund.

 

Incorrect product received: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will replace it with the correct product or issue a full refund.
